You might know what you want to change yet find yourself returning to the same place. Or you may be unsure what needs to change and simply want somewhere to talk honestly about what’s happening.

I work with people navigating anxiety, substance use, intense emotions, and life transitions. I also support those affected by a loved one’s substance use, including the worry, uncertainty, and difficulty of knowing where to draw the line.

My background in addictions counselling has taught me how complicated change can feel, especially when something provides relief while also creating problems. We can make room for that tension without judgment and work toward goals that matter to you.

Sessions with me are collaborative and practical. Alongside exploring your experiences, we can build skills for managing distress, communicating your needs, and responding differently when familiar patterns take hold. I draw on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, adapting our work to your needs and pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.

Focus: Anxiety, substance use and addiction, emotional regulation, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and support for loved ones affected by substance use.

If you’re here, something isn’t working the way it used to.

You may still be showing up at work, in your relationships, for your family, but it’s taking more out of you. Burnout, tension, or disconnection has started to build.

I work with individuals and couples who are used to holding it all together, until it stops feeling sustainable.

Therapy here isn’t about surface-level fixes. It’s about understanding the patterns underneath, how you think, relate, and carry responsibility. It’s also making deliberate changes that actually stick over time.

My approach is direct, grounded, and collaborative. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work through what’s getting in the way.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in executive leadership. I understand performance pressure, decision fatigue, and the cost of always being the reliable one.
